For this matter, once their stress have been relieved, they could go back to their normal lives and be optimistic with their days.

Better night sleeps are being claimed by lots of people after exercises have been performed. In the same way, individuals can have better night sleeps when this art is being practiced. If they experienced better night sleeps, they would wake up having good moods which might continue all throughout the day. As a result, they could be more productive with their jobs, whatever they may be.
